Open this CSV file with your favorite spreadsheet editor.
Only ONE of the three sku, barcode, and rfcode fields are needed. Fill in the one that works for you with the info and be sure to make sure the case matches.
For example: If you are utilizing the Sku field then leave barcode and rfcode blank. If you rather use the barcode field, then leave sku and rfcode blank. Only one of these three is utilized. The shelf field is also required and must match the shelf the item is in exactly case sensitive. A default shelf in BusinessMind is Vault.
Only ONE of the qty fields should be utilized.
The qty field is what the qty will be after you feed in the file (what ever is entered here will be the qty on the sku when the file is processed)
qty_change is if you want the system to add (or subtract) qty from the current qty listed in BusinessMind on the sku. Example: If the current qty of the sku in BusinessMind is 3 and you want to ADD 10 more to it. Inputing 10 into the qty_change field result in 13 on the sku after the file is processed. The comments field is for a note or comment.
After you have filled out your file be sure to save as a csv file as this is the only supported format.
NOTE: If the sku has ZERO qty at the SHELF you are attempting to modify you will need to ADD an additional column to the spreadsheet labeled create_new_shelf and set the value to true
To process the file click the choose file button and select your file.
Click the Start button to run the process. When finished BusinessMind will give you a results sheet informing you of the changes.
