In BusinessMind you can view invoices in the list view or all sale line items in a list view.

An invoice is a single line item, when you click on the invoice you can view the details of the invoice as well as the items on that invoice. In addition you have options to record payments to the invoice and modify the invoice. The invoice view is a new feature to BusinessMind. You also have various print options for the invoice from the PDF icon located on the invoice detail view.

The sale by line item view simply displays all line items of sales (invoices) in the list view. This is similar to how the BusinessMinds legacy sales search use to work.

To view sale line items you simply click on the Sales link from the BusinessMind home page.

From here you will see a section called View Sales and Return Lines. Click on the smart set of your choice in this section. This will display the line items of each sale similar to how the BusinessMinds legacy sales search use to work. As with any list view you can search and or create additional smart sets based on your needs. Clicking on a sale line item will display the details.

To view invoices simply select a smart set from the View Invoices section of the Sales home page.

Just like any list view you can search and or create additional smart sets based on your needs. Clicking on an invoice will display the invoice details.

As always if you right click on any info in a list view it will open the detail in a new tab.
