An untracked model is a model thats qty is not tracked. These will not be listed with your physical inventory and will not modify your inventory figures. You can sell untracked models from both the point of sale and back office sale area.
To create an untracked model follow the below instructions
From the BusinessMind home page click on Inventory.
From the Inventory home page click the Create New Model option
Toggle the untracked model option and fill out any other info you require.
Click the Save icon to create your untracked model.
After the untracked model is created you will get a few extra options that you can set. Min and Max Flex prices allow you to modify the price of the untracked model when selling that untracked model. The Is Flex Description option will allow you to modify the description of the untracked model when selling it.
You can set these options then save your untracked model. Now your untracked model is ready for use.
You can view and modify untracked models as per the below instructions.
From the BusinessMind home page click on Inventory.
Locate the View Models section and click the All Untracked Models smart set.
This will display your untracked models.
Click on an untracked model to display its details
