Congratulations! Your bmjapp server account is up and running! This article will guide you through connecting for the first time.
Your login account
You should have received an email from accounts@bmjapp.com with a verification link to the email address you signed up with. Please look for that email and click the verification link in it. You may need to check your spam filter folder if you can't find it. If you did not receive the verification email or if the link in it has expired, just let us know and we can trigger a fresh one for you.
Download and Install the BusinessMind Client Application via the link provided in your welcome email.
Once installed, BusinessMind will open to the login page. Here login using the email you signed up with as your username and the temporary password found in your welcome email. Passwords are case sensitive.
After you have successfully logged into BusinessMind its time to set your device label and enable simple log in mode.
From the BusinessMind home page click on the gear icon.
Click in the Device Label field and set a UNIQUE label.
Now click the check box next to Use Simple Login Mode to enable it.
Finally click the Save Device Preferences button
Quit out of BusinessMind
Go ahead and again launch the BusinessMind application. You should now see a drop down option to the right of the user name. You can use this to select your username instead of typing it each time.
Now would be a great time to change your temporary password which can be done by inputting your username then clicking the Reset Password. You will get emailed a link which you can use to change your password.
For more information about changing your password feel free to check out this link.
