To take a screen shot utilizing BusinessMinds internal screen capture tool follow the below instructions.
Navigate to the area in BusinessMind you need to take a picture of.
Click on the Help Center icon located on the BusinessMind navigation bar.
Click the Save Screen Picture option.
This will save a screen shot to your desktop. The file name will begin with BM Screen Shot as well as have a time stamp.
You can now email support@dcit.com that screen shot in order for them to assist you with your issue.
When emailing be sure to send the image in full size and quality as some email clients have options to reduce the size which may make the image unclear.
