To create a smart set for active transfer memos follow the below instructions.
From the BusinessMind home page click the Inventory link.
From the View Memos section click the New SmartSet Query option to create a new smart set.
Name your smart set as per your needs for this example I will name this Open Transfers.
Select the columns you want displayed. i recommend Current Total Qty, Orginal Total Qty, and Reference.
From the drop down menus select Memo Number, begins with, then type TRN
Click the Test Rules button to test the search then click the plus icon to add another layer to this search.
From the drop down menus select Current Total Qty, is greater than, type 0
Click Test Rules then Click Save Smart Set to Save
Your smart set will now be available for future use located under the View Memos section.
