When your special order item arrives and has been received into inventory as you normally would. After the item is received into inventory you can add into your job.
From the job detail view you can use the Add Materials search to add the special order item to the job.
When adding this to the job set the Provisioned Qty on the job to the qty ordered in this example the client ordered 1 of these so my provisioned qty is 1.
