A replenishment plan can be used to add items that you want to order from your suppliers.  You can then remove the items after you receive them.   The below info will guide you on how to create, manage and even download your replenishment plan. You must have at least the model record created in BusinessMind to add it to the replenishment plan. For information on how to add models into BusinessMind click here.

  • From the BusinessMind home page click on the Inventory link.

  • From the Inventory Resources area click the Replenishment Plan link

  • Click the Add a New Line button to search for a model to add to the replenishment plan.

  • Set the qty field which is required

  • Fill in any additional info like Wanted Date, Reference, and Internal Comment then click the Save Icon on the line Item to save.

  • To remove an item from the replenishment plan utilize the x icon located on the line item.

  • To edit a line click the pencil icon make your modification then click the save icon.

  • You can use the filter box to filter your replenishment plan. Your printout and download options will only generate with your filtered results.

  • You can create a pdf of your replenishment plan by using the pdf icon. Here you will have two options, a Replenishment Plan and Replenishment Order. To use the Replenishment order you must first filter your results for only one supplier as the replenishment order will display the supplies info on the pdf.

  • You can download your replenishment list into your favorite spread sheet viewer by using the document icon.

  • You can also export your replenishment plan by clicking the Replenishment metric link from the Inventory home page
