Customer loyalty rewards can be enabled on individual contacts. Each dollar spent by the customer will add a point to their loyalty rewards. The customer can then redeem those points towards a purchase where 100 points equals 1 dollar. Please review the below instructions on how to enable and use this feature.
To enable customer loyalty rewards on a client follow the below instructions.
From the contact detail view click on the gear icon.
Click the Activate Loyality Rewards option.
Click Yes in the confirmation window then save the contact.
Customer Loyalty Rewards are now enabled for this customer. From this point forward every dollar spent by the customer will add a point to their loyalty rewards.
When you look up a customer from the point of sale you will see the active reward points the currently have.
When checking out you will have an option to utilize those reward points as a payment method.
If needed you also have the ability to adjust a customers loyalty points balance. This is available from the contact detail view after you have activated Loyalty Rewards on a customer.
From the contact detail view click on the gear icon.
Here you will find an option to adjust that customers loyalty points balance up or down as needed.
