You may find that you run into a situation where you only want to partially refund a client and leave the remaining credit towards the clients account.
From the tender window of the checkout process you will note a button labeled Partial. Click this button
You can then enter the partial amount you want to refund then click the continue button.
Select the tender option to process the refund and you are all set.
