To create a smart set for sale and return line items from a specific brand follow the below instructions.
From the BusinessMind home page click on the sales link to open the sales home page.
From the Sales home page locate the Sale & Return line item area and click the New SmartSet Query link.
Name your smart set and select the column you require. Some columns you may like are SKU, Brand, Line Amount, Line Cost, Line Profit, Model Tracking0, Model Tracking1. Feel free to utilize any columns imprtant for your specific needs.
Your search criteria should include Brand to search for the specific brand you wish to see.
You can include Date searches to set up a specific date range for your needs.
Click the Save Smart Set button to save your smart set.
Click on Your Smart set from the smart set list to run it.
You can utilize the Download button to download the data directly into your favorite spread sheet program like excel.
Once in excel you can easily sort and subtotal any of the columns you require.
