How to create a sale from the back office

To create a sale from the back office follow the below instructions.

  • From the BusinessMind home page click on the plus icon

  • Select the New Sale icon

  • Fill in your client info and any other info you require

  • Use the add a new line option to add your items

  • Set the qty and pricing info

  • After all items are added click the save icon to save.

  • Once saved you will be at the invoice detail view. AT this time if needed you can record a payment

  • Fill in the payment amount , enter the payment type into the Reference field, modifiy the date if needed.

  • Then click the add payment button to add the payment.

  • You will see the payment added to the invoice.
