Shopify now allows qty tracking through your BusinessMind integration. This means BusinessMind will be able to send the qty to your shopify.

If you would like to enable this feature you will need to configure your shopify account for this . The below instructions will guide you on that setup.

Before doing this it is important to make sure all shopify orders are fulfilled. Doing this with open shopify orders may effect the shopify qty of these items during fulfillment.

  • Log into your Shopify backend.

  • Click the Settings button located at the bottom left of the shopify backends home page.

  • Click the Locations

The simplest way to do this is if you have one location listed. click on that location and rename it to businessmind. Be sure to save your changes.

If you have nee you can add a new businessmind location

  • Click the Add location button to create a location.

  • This location must be labeled businessmind

  • Check the Fulfill online orders from this location option

  • Fill in YOUR address info based on YOUR company info then save

  • Use the Edit fulfillment priority to make sure the businessmind location is listed as the first option.

NOTE: In some instances you may have to click on your original location and uncheck the Fulfill online orders from this location option.
