Updating your billing credit card for your DCIT subscription is now easier then ever before.
From a Chrome, Safari, or Firefox web browser head over to http://www.dcit.com
At the top of this page you will find a LOG IN button
Click the LOG IN button which will bring you to the BusinessMind Web App login page. You can bookmark this page for future direct access.
Click on the gear icon on the main tool bar.
Click on Billing.
Click the Update Card On File button
Fill in all the required info and click the Save card button
Things to note:
If you use the BusinessMind log out function in the browser tab, you will also be logged out of the desktop client because it is using a shared authentication session.
If you have any problems/errors etc, contact support@dcit.com.
If you are not on the current version of BM, contact support and we will send you a special link you can use to update your card info.
