In this article we will show you how to quickly create a mailing list using the Download Mailer Service option.
In BusinessMind there are many different ways to create custom smart set searches for the data you are looking for. This is just one quick example of this can be done.
In this search we will be looking for a list of clients that spend over a certain dollar amount per year.
From the BusinessMind home page click on contacts
Create a New SmartSet Query under contacts.
Label your smart set
You do not need to select any specific columns for this mailer. (no address columns are needed)
Save your smart set.
Now run your smart set by clicking it under the smart sets section of contacts
Click the Download link to display the download options
Click the Download Drop Down and select Download Mailer Service.
Now click the Download Mailer Service CSV button.
Your data will open in your computers default csv viewer like excel or numbers.
