BusinessMind's lists are not actual lists. BusinessMind populates the drop down lists by all the existing values that have been utilized in that list based how its been utilized in a specific time frame. This means items that are not used in the list will no longer display after a certain amount of activity. In addition all lists in BusinessMind are stored in cache for faster loading. This means adding to a list may take a couple hours before it displays in the list.
The Model Tracking0, Tracking1, and Tracking2 lists are still controlled from the backend as per this article.
To add a new shelf open an inventory item you would like to place into the new shelf.
You will notice a Shelf Move section.
From here you can adjust the Qty to move and select the location you are moving it from (its current shelf).
The to area is the shelf you are moving the sku to. Select this drop down and you will find an Enter New Shelf option.
Select this option which will open this field for you to type into.
Type the new shelf into this field
Add a comment if you need then click the save icon to save your changes.
Once saved this option will be available in your shelf list for future use. Again all lists in BusinessMind are stored in cache for faster loading. This means after you save your changes your new Shelf may take a couple hours before it displays in the list for future use.
