Below you will find detailed information on how to create a smart set for contacts with an email address and how to download that data to your favorite spreadsheet program.
Click on the Contacts link from the BusinessMind home page.
Click the New SmartSet Query link from the view contacts section of the contacts home page.
Name your smart set and select Email Address from the column selection. Be sure to select any additional columns you may need.
From the search drop down select Email Address, from the next drop down select contacts(case-insensitive), in the empty search field type the @ symbol. This is pictured in the screen shot below.
Click the Save Smart Set button to create and save your smart set. When your smart set is saved it will appear in the Smart Sets list on the left.
Click on your smart set from the Smart Set list to run the smart set.
Click the Download button to bring up your download options.
Click the Download CSV button which will download your data into your favorite spreadsheet program like Excel or Numbers.
