BusinessMind offers many prebuilt metrics which you can easily download by clicking on the metric from the various areas in BusinessMind. Most metrics will only run for the most recent 90 days. If you need to make a tax report for a specific date range you can create and run a smart sets for the same information. These two links are great examples of these.
From the BusinessMind home page click on Sales link.
From the Sales Home page you will see multiple metrics. Click on the metric for your needs like the Sales Tax metric or the Taxable metric.
This will automatically open the data in your favorite spread sheet program like Excel or Numbers.
