You might try to print a tag but find that your tag printer list is empty.
To correct this head over to the computer that has the tag printer directly connected to it.
Check to see if the BusinessMind Companion App is running.
If this is not running locate the icon on your desktop or doc and launch the app.
When the BusinessMind Companion app launches it should list your configured printer by its name.
Once you see this switch back to BusinessMind and simply refresh your inventory screen.
After you refresh click the tag icon to print your tags.
If the BusinessMind Companion App was running but you still do not see your printer in the list. Quit out of the BusinessMind Companion App then launch it again.
