To create a smart set for all models that do not have an attachment follow the below instructions.
Click on Inventory from the BusinessMind home page.
From the Inventory home page locate the View Model section and click the New SmartSet Query link.
Modify the Smart Set Name to your needs.
Select any columns you want displayed.
From the search drop down menus select. Attachments, does not contain
In the open field type a . (period) into the search field. As per the below screen shot.
Click the Save Smart set button to save the smart set.
