From the job detail view you have the ability to send out a notification to your client about the their job.
From the BusinessMind home page click on the Workshop link
Here search for the job you want to send the notification for.
Click on the job to open the job detail view.
From the job detail view you will find a Client Notification Method, and Client Notification Address. These could be set here or at the time the job was created from the point of sale or job back office method.
If the clients notification method is set to Text or Email and a proper notification address is set then the send notification button will be active.
Clicking the Send Notification button will open a prompt with predefined information. You can click into this field and modify this information.
Click the Send button to send your notification.
To change the predefined information simply email support@dcit.com and inform them you want to change the predefined text in the job notification. Include the text you want displayed in this field. The support staff will copy and paste your info so please be sure to check your spelling.
