If needed you can batch relocate items from one shelf to another within your geo-location. In addition you can do this process via a file if needed.
From the BusinessMind home page click the plus icon
Select the Record New Transfer Memo option.
Next fill in the basic information in the top section. Start with the To field. Begin typing your company name. After you have typed at least 3 letters, the auto complete dropdown will appear with matches. Keep typing to narrow the matches and select one when ready. Fill in any other info you require.
Locate and click the Light Bulb Icon.
Select Download CSV Import Template File. You will be prompted to save the file choose a location and save.
Now that the template file has been downloaded open it with a program like Excel or Numbers. Please note the following important info when setting up the file.
1 - All fields are case sensitive so be sure your inputed data matches the data in the system.
2 - Fill out either the sku_barcode field OR the sku field (you do not need to fill out both)
3 - The shelf is the CURRENT shelf the item is located at.
4 - Set the QTY to the amount of QTY you want to transfer.
5 - Save your file as a CSV file
When your file is ready click the Choose File button.
Use the navigator window to select your file.
Click the Import button to start the import
When the import has completed click the save icon.
Once saved you will be transported to the transfer memo detail view. From here you can utilize the gear icon and select the Restock from this Memo option.
Set the restock shelf to the shelf you are moving the items to.
Then click the Restock All button and this will adjust the restock qty for all items.
Once you have set your restock qty's simply click the save icon to complete the process which will complete the move.
