With the new Podium integration you can automatically send SMS or email review requests to your customers directly from BusinessMind POS. This makes it effortless to score new reviews for your business. Getting more customer reviews will help your business be found online and attract new customers, easily and effectively.

To sign up contact Podium and be sure to let them know that you will be integrating with your BusinessMind POS. Once signed up, simply email support@dcit.com and inform them that you have a Podium account. The folks over at Podium will cordinate with our support staff and we will get the integration up and running.

When your integration is enabled your point of sale will have a Send Review Invite panel which displays after your receipt printing options.

Simply click the Send Review Invite button
