It is important to note that the device settings are accessible to team members and can easily be toggled off. This means to properly block a team member from viewing metrics you should assign them the proper roles.
To hide all metrics on a specific workstation regardless of which team member is logged into BusinessMind follow the below instructions. This is helpful if you have a device that is in the view of folks that may be able to see the screen and you would like to protect this sensitive data.
From the device you want to block the metrics from displaying
Log into BusinessMind
From the BusinessMind home page click on the gear icon.
Toggle the check box to hide metrics on this device.
Click the Save Device Preferences button
Quit out of BusinessMind and log back for your changes to take effect.
