The below instructions will allow you to find jobs that have been picked up during a specific time range

  • From the BusinessMind home page click on the Workshop link

  • Here you will see a section called View Jobs which will contain smart sets you created as well as some predefined smart sets. Click the New SmartSet Query option.

  • Modify the smart set name to your needs.

  • Select the columns you would like to appear; We recommend Job Sold Date, Job Sold Invoice, Job Brief, Job Specification

  • Select Job Sold Date, is after, and set your start date

  • Press the plus icon then select Job Sold Date, is before, and set your end date

  • Save and run your smart set which will display concluded jobs that have yet to be sold/picked up.

If your looking to find all open jobs (jobs that are not canceled and not concluded) simply click the Active Jobs smart set.
