If you are a comcast business user you may experience an issue when attempting to download a pdf because comcast is blocking the download of the pdf to your workstation. The reason for this is comcast enabled a new settings on your account to filter websites which is blocking the businessmind.app domain.

As per the above info we recommend you Report the blocked website to comcast which is http://businessmind.app.

To do this Go to spa.xfinity.com and select Report an issue at the bottom of the page. Then, select I can't reach a website that I want to go to from the drop-down menu, enter the full URL which is http://businessmind.app for the blocked site, and fill out the required fields. After reviewing the answers, click Submit and a confirmation email will be sent once the report is received.

After you report the block you can log into your comcast business account and manually whitelist the businessmind.app domain. This can be done via the security edge settings.

If you simply want to disable the security edge follow the below instructions.

  • Open a web browser and log into your comcast business account.

  • Once logged in be sure you are viewing your internet dashboard

  • Scroll down to services and equipment

  • On the right you will see security edge cyber security.

  • Click the right arrow to display option

  • Toggle the Disable option

  • Be sure to save your changes.
