How to print tags for multiple items

Shows you how to print tags for multiple items

You can print tags for all items in any smart set or set located int the SKU area.

  1. Click on Inventory link  from the BusinessMind homepage.

  2. Select or Create a smart set of items.

  3. Click the  Print Tags link located on the list view.

  4. If needed select your Tag Layout, Printer, Shelf, and the number of tags to print

  5. Then click Print Tags to print your tags.

To go into more detail lets say you wanted to print tags for all SKUS added today.

  1. Click on Inventory link from the BusinessMind homepage.

  2. Select All SKU's or any other predefined sku search.

  3. Click the Add link next to Smart Sets.

  4. Name the smart set Stocked Today or something similar for your needs.

  5. Select Age

  6. is less than

  7. 1

  8. Save this smart set

  9. Click on it to load it up.

  10. Click the  Print Tags link.

  11. If needed select your Tag Layout, Printer, Shelf, and the number of tags to print

  12. Then click Print Tags to print your tags.

As another example, lets say you wanted to print tags for all items received on a specific Reference ID.  (when receiving inventory you set the Reference ID)

  1. Click on Inventory link from the BusinessMind homepage.

  2. Select All SKU's or any other predefined sku search.

  3. Click the Add link next to Smart Sets.

  4. Name the smart set Ref ID or something similar for your needs.

  5. Select Event Ref Id

  6. contains (case-insensetive)

  7. type the Reference ID you received the items into inventory.

  8. Modify your columns if needed.

  9. Save the smart set and run it.

  10. Click the Print Tags link.

  11. If needed select your Tag Layout, Printer, Shelf, and the number of tags to print.

  12. Then click Print Tags to print your tags.

If you want to print tags for a handful of specific items you can do this via a Set (not to be confused with smart set) OR a smart set using the IS IN search

Once you have your list populated simply click the Print Tags icon at the top of the list which will display the print tag options, then Click the Print Tags button to print.
