With the new BirdEye integration you can automatically send SMS or email review requests to your customers directly from BusinessMind POS.  This makes it effortless to score new reviews for your business directly on Google, Facebook and any other site that matters to your business. Getting more customer reviews will help your business be found online and attract new customers, easily and effectively.

You can sign up with BirdEye via this link

Once signed up, simply email support@dcit.com and inform them that you have a BirdEye account.  Our support staff will enable the integration and you will be on your way to gaining important new customer reviews to increase your businesses.

When your integration is enabled your point of sale will have a Send Review Invite panel which displays after your receipt printing options.

Simply click the Send Review Invite button
